Therapy for where you are — and where you want to be.

Whether you're navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or family dynamics, therapy offers a path toward greater clarity, connection, and wellbeing.

How therapy can help

Seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-awareness. It's a space to slow down, be honest, and work through what's getting in the way of the life you want.

I offer individual, couples, and family therapy — each tailored to the unique needs and goals of the people I work with. Sessions are 50 minutes and held in a warm, confidential setting.

01

Individual Therapy

A private space for personal growth and healing.

Individual therapy offers a confidential, non-judgmental space to explore what's weighing on you — whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, or the challenges of major life transitions.

We'll work together to understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape what we think, feel, and do — building new ways of relating to self and the world.

Areas I can help with

  • Anxiety & stress
  • Depression & low mood
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Grief & loss
  • Life transitions
  • Self-esteem & identity
  • Burnout & work stress
  • Relationship difficulties

My foundation rests on CBT and trauma-informed approached. Adapting to what works best for you is always most important.

Working with the Body & Emotions: We don't just talk about feelings; we pay attention to how stress and emotions show up physically in the body (like tension or a racing heart) so we can process them and feel more grounded.

Couples Therapy

Rebuild connection. Strengthen communication.

Couples therapy helps partners understand each other more deeply, break unhelpful cycles, and build a stronger, more secure relationship — whether you're in crisis or simply want to grow closer.

Using Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based approaches, we'll work to identify the underlying needs and fears driving conflict — and find new ways to reach each other.

Areas I can help with

  • Communication breakdown
  • Trust & infidelity
  • Intimacy & connection
  • Conflict & recurring arguments
  • Life transitions as a couple
  • Parenting disagreements
  • Pre-marital counselling
  • Separation & discernment

Couples therapy is for all relationship structures and orientations.

Family Therapy

Healthier dynamics. Deeper understanding.

Family therapy brings family members together to improve communication, resolve conflict, and foster greater understanding — recognizing that change in one part of a family system affects everyone.

Whether you're navigating a specific crisis or longstanding patterns, family therapy creates a structured space for honest conversation and collaborative problem-solving.

Areas I can help with

  • Parent-child conflict
  • Blended family adjustment
  • Grief & loss as a family
  • Supporting a family member with mental illness
  • Communication & boundaries
  • Divorce & separation impact
  • Adolescent challenges
  • Family transitions

I work with families of all structures, including blended families, multi-generational households, and families supporting a member through mental health challenges.
