A little about me

I became a psychologist because I believe in the capacity of people to grow, heal, and live more fully — even in the face of significant pain and difficulty. That belief shapes everything I do in the therapy room.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and am a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia. My training spans cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and attachment-based approaches.

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to every session — and I take the trust you place in me seriously.

My approach

Therapy as a partnership

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Every person is different, and the work we do together will be shaped by your unique history, goals, and pace.

01

Collaborative

You are the expert on your own life. My role is to offer perspective, tools, and a steady presence — not to tell you what to do or who to be.

02

Evidence-Based

I draw on approaches with strong research support, including CBT, ACT, and EFT — always adapted to fit the person in front of me, not applied rigidly.

03

Relational

The therapeutic relationship itself is healing. I prioritize building a space where you feel genuinely safe, respected, and understood.

04

Hopeful

I hold hope for my clients — especially when they struggle to hold it for themselves. Change is possible, and I've seen it happen again and again.
